Victor Whitfield

Victor is one of the organizers of Trendsetter Capital and leads the Sales and Marketing functions of the firm. Over the past twenty years, he has worked in all facets of Real Estate, including construction, Rehab, and Brokerage. Victor organized Circle Homes where he and his team build ground up construction of residential homes. In addition to running Circle Homes, he holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License

Victor grew up in Marshall Texas and played football with the Mavericks, the local High School team. He graduated from Wiley College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He later earned an MBA in Business Management. He spent his early sales career in technology sales, which he credits with teaching him the finer points of sales and customer service.

During his career in Real Estate, Victor has led residential new construction projects in the Greater Northeast Texas and Northwest Louisiana markets. He is currently laying the groundwork for the Circle Homes expansion into the Dallas Ft. Worth new construction market. During this time, Victor has helped many people sell or purchase a home.

Victor's hobbies include working out, (He calls himself the Cardio Kid) and playing golf. His is working on his first book, a loose biography titled, "Above The Clouds." Victor resides in the Dallas Metro Area with his wife, daughter, grandchildren and Free, the family dog.

Pearl Atkins

I, Pearlin Atkins (Pearl), have an active Real Estate License and an MBA in Business Administration, with a specialization in Global Business Management. I have more than ten years of accounting/finance experience and have worked both in the United States and internationally. I have worked with both internal and external auditors while preparing numerous documents with the focus on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliance.

My experience includes financial services for both publicly traded and privately-owned companies. This extended background in accounting, business transaction analysis, and business financial reporting has given me a unique perspective of strong business acumen, which has served as a great foundation as I transitioned into the Real Estate Industry.

I enjoy reading, physical exercise classes, and traveling. I have a passion for Cardio Exercise and am a certified Zumba Instructor. I enjoy helping people meet their financial and personal goals. As a Real Estate Agent, I get to help others make one of the most expensive and important decisions of their lifetime. Currently, I reside in the DFW Metro with my husband and daughter.

Renita Smith

Renita is an educator, author, and Real Estate Investor. At Trendsetter Capital, she is responsible for website design, content, and marketing.

Renita received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Wiley College and Masters of Education Degree in Elementary Education and Mid-Management Certification from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has also completed additional studies in Real Estate.

Renita has authored three books, "Reflections of My Inner Self: Contemporary Writing for Self Empowerment, "Somebody Needs to Hear What I Have to Say", and "Creating Your Fortune: 15 Easy steps to Prosperity." She is a contributing author to "Why Did They Kill Me" and "A No Fail Approach to the Writing Process."

Renita has over 20 years experience in Real Estate investing and land acquisitions and she owns properties in the Dallas Ft. Worth and East Texas Areas. She purchased her first rental investment property in 2004, and subsequently has obtained additional properties in the East Texas area.

After working in public education for over 30 years, Renita decided to move into a career in which she could pursue her dream of Real Estate, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Renita is a creative who enjoys reading, writing, sewing and designing.
